Here he is! A little scamp getting bigger and bolder by the day!! I miss him being a small baby but seeing him growing and changing everyday is great too!
Rian now sleeps 12-13 hours in his own cot, in his own bedroom! :) It's great! I get my room back and better sleep for both of us! I do miss him coming into my bed though! wah! :( but I know its for the better.
He still eats what he did when he was six months more or less. He does get a more textured dinner though, made by the same brand as always! He nibbles on slices of soft pears and liga too though! He loves his fruit!
He is in size 6-9 mostly however some items have been as big as 12 months! But like Ive said all along.. It really depends on the brand/style of clothing! Dungarees always have to be a bigger than usual size! Cause of his long torso! :)
New things:
He has been sitting up by himself a lot longer than last month, hes kind of finding his balance!
He is reaching out a lot more and protests if he cant get something he see's and wants haha!
That is just it too.. he is crying for things now.. He has finally realised if he cries he will more than likely get his own way! Like all babies do! :)
I still dont know how long or how much Rian weighs and I havnt known since he was 4 months old. His next checkup isnt until he is 8 months old. He will be weighed at that! His development will be checked too just to make sure, although I'm certain he is just fine!
I do have a small concern about his arm strength.. He doesnt seem to pull himself up unaided and he always gets his arms caught underneath him when he rolls over and it frustrates him.
A friend also was telling me abou their 8 month old nephew who is now pulling himself up in his cot in the mornings and starting crawling.. Neither of which Rian will even attempt to do! So I will be mentioning that. I am aware all babies develope differently at different rates but I will mention it to be safe!
Here are a few more pictures of the small man during his 6-7th month on earth! :)
I wouldn't worry too much Holly is 15month and only just started to think about walking lol
